Nano-Technology Water-Repellent Impregnation for Mineral Surfaces
SPE Stone & Marble Sealer is a high-performance, waterborne impregnating sealer formulated with modified silanes and polysiloxanes on the nano scale. The product penetrates deeply into porous mineral substrates to create a durable hydrophobic barrier while maintaining the natural breathability of the surface.
Once applied, SPE Stone & Marble Sealer significantly reduces water absorption while allowing water vapour to escape, helping protect substrates against moisture ingress, staining, and salt efflorescence.

SPE Stone & Marble Sealer is suitable for use on a wide range of absorbent mineral substrates including:

The product can be used as a water-repellent impregnation treatment or as a base coat for mineral surfaces requiring moisture protection.

Application
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, grease, or loose material before application.
Apply SPE Stone & Marble Sealer generously to the absorbent surface using:- Brush
- Roller
- Low-pressure spray
- Flooding method
For optimal coverage and to avoid missed areas, two applications applied wet-on-wet are recommended.
Allow the product to penetrate fully into the substrate.
SPE Stone & Marble Sealer is sensitive to extreme temperatures.

- Do not store above 40 °C
Exposure to frost or excessive heat may cause irreversible damage to the product.
During prolonged storage, the product may show slight creaming, sedimentation, or separation. This is normal. Stir thoroughly before use.

The coverage rate of SPE Stone & Marble Sealer depends largely on the porosity and absorption capacity of the substrate.
To determine the approximate product requirement, it is recommended to conduct a simple water absorption test on the surface prior to application. The amount of water absorbed by the substrate provides a practical indication of the quantity of SPE Stone & Marble Sealer required to achieve effective impregnation.
Highly porous surfaces will require higher product consumption, while dense substrates will require less material.
