Fibre Reinforced Roof and Wall Sealer
NuRoof Fibretech is recommended for mineral substrates such as concrete, plaster, masonry, fibre cement, and roof tiles where no bitumen coating is present.
NuRoof Fibretech Roof & Wall Sealer is a next-generation, water-based acrylic elastomeric waterproofing coating designed to provide long-lasting protection for roofs, window ledges, and parapet walls.
The formulation incorporates cellulose fibre reinforcement technology, which enhances structural integrity, improves crack-bridging capability, and increases overall film strength. When applied in multiple coats, NuRoof Fibretech forms a durable, flexible protective membrane that helps prevent water penetration into the substrate.
The coating remains highly flexible over time, even after prolonged exposure to environmental conditions, ensuring reliable long-term performance.
NuRoof Fibretech offers a cost-effective, easy-to-apply waterproofing solution, making it suitable for both maintenance and new application projects across a wide range of substrates.
NuRoof Fibretech is particularly well suited for applications where substrate movement is expected, such as roof structures and areas subject to thermal expansion and contraction.
It can also be applied to vertical foundation surfaces where minor structural movement may occur, providing a flexible protective coating capable of accommodating surface stress without cracking.

- Stir thoroughly before use.
- Apply using brush, roller.
- NuRoof Fibretech is supplied ready for use and should not be diluted, as thinning may reduce the coating’s effectiveness.
Apply a generous coat to the surface in manageable sections. Allow 2–4 hours drying time between coats depending on ambient temperature, humidity, and film thickness.
For best results apply a minimum of 3 coats, and in some applications up to 4 coats, to ensure a continuous waterproof membrane.
Surface Preparation
Proper surface preparation is essential for optimal performance.Rusted Metal
- Clean affected areas back to bright metal.
- Spot-prime with a suitable water-based metal primer.
- Apply 2–4 coats of NuRoof Fibretech.
New Metal
- Degrease the surface using a galvanised iron cleaner to remove factory oils.
- Continue cleaning until the surface becomes water-break free.
- Rinse with clean potable water.
- Prime with a water-based metal primer before applying the coating.
Uncoated Cement Plaster Surfaces
- Remove dust, loose particles, fungal growth, and algae.
- Fill visible cracks and prime with plaster primer.
- Apply 2–4 coats of NuRoof Fibretech.
Fibre Cement Surfaces (New / Weathered)
- Remove dust and foreign material.
- Treat rusted areas with Oxidestroy Rust Converter where necessary.
- Seal friable or powdery surfaces with bonding liquid or plaster primer.
- Apply 2–4 coats of NuRoof Fibretech.
Previously Painted Surfaces
- Ensure existing coatings are firm and well adhered.
- Remove loose or flaking paint.
- Clean thoroughly to remove dust, grease, and contamination.
- If surfaces remain powdery or friable, apply bonding liquid or plaster primer before coating.
Application Conditions
- Do not apply before 09:00 or after 16:00 during winter months.
- Do not apply exterior coatings if rain is expected within 4–6 hours.
Cleaning- Application tools and equipment can be cleaned using clean tap water immediately after use.
Drying Time:
- Touch dry +- 1 hour
- Fully cured in 4 to 6 hours
