NuRoof Nano-Fibretech Roof Sealer is a fibre-reinforced coating designed to prevent water penetration into substrates. When applied in multiple layers, it forms a thick, durable waterproof membrane.

Usage Guidelines:

• Product is ready to use—do not thin. Thinning with water will compromise coverage and effectiveness.
• Apply a thick, even coat in small, manageable sections to the area requiring protection.
• Allow 2–4 hours drying time between coats, depending on temperature, humidity, and film thickness.
• Apply 3–4 generous coats for optimal saturation and a consistent, high-sheen finish.

Best Results:

• Avoid application before 09:00 or after 16:00 during winter months.
• Do not apply if rain is expected within 4–6 hours of application.

Clean-Up:
Clean tools and equipment immediately after use with clean tap water.

Rusted Metal

• Clean affected areas thoroughly, removing all rust back to bright metal.
• Spot-prime rusted areas with Oxidestroy Rust Converter for added protection.Clear away all dust and debris.
• Finish with 2–4 coats of NuRoof Nano-Fibretech Roof Sealer for superior durability.

New Metal

• Degrease with a galvanized iron cleaner to eliminate protective oils—repeat until the surface passes the water-break test.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean, potable water.
• Prime with a water-based metal primer.
• Apply 2–4 coats of NuRoof Nano-Fibretech Roof Sealer for strong adhesion and weather resistance.

Uncoated Cement Plaster

• Remove all dust, contaminants, fungal and algae growth.
• Repair visible cracks and seal the surface with a plaster primer.
• Complete with 2–4 coats of NuRoof Nano-Fibretech Roof Sealer for a smooth, sealed finish.

Fibre Cement Surfaces (Uncoated, Weathered, or New)

• Clean off all dust, dirt, and biological growth.
• If the surface is chalky or fragile, seal with bonding liquid or plaster primer.
• Apply 2–4 coats of NuRoof Nano-Fibretech Roof Sealer to lock in long-lasting performance.

Previously painted surfaces

• Breathe new life into old coatings with the strength of NuRoof Nano-Fibretech Roof Sealer.
• Ensure existing paint is firm, well-bonded, and sound.
• Scrape away all loose, flaking, or bubbling paint.
• Thoroughly clean the surface—removing dust, grease, dirt, fungi, and algae.
• Allow the surface to dry completely.
• Finish strong with 3–4 coats of NuRoof Nano-Fibretech Roof Sealer for superior protection and performance.
